Manahil Mir

Manahil Mir is a Service Desk Technician at Optistar Technology Consultants. She graduated from Clark University in 2019 where she worked at the school’s IT department. While working at the university’s IT department, she was promoted to Senior Technician, and realized she had cultivated a desire to pursue Information Technology full time.

In 2019, Manahil was offered a position at one of the world’s leading software engineering companies – EPAM Systems. At EPAM, Manahil assisted in migrations, helped with cloud services, managed software licenses, and configured firewall hardware.

Later, Manahil had the opportunity to secure a cybersecurity internship with Optistar to assist with a 10-week asset management project. During this time, Manahil became quite fond of Optistar and was offered a position to work full time on their service desk.

Outside of work, Manahil can be found taking hikes, reading books and spending time with her friends and family.
