Justin Chafe

Justin joined The Optistar Team in March of 2021.

As a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology and a resume that includes telecommunications work experience, Justin brings fresh, creative skills to the table!

Although his actual title is Service Desk Technician, we like to refer to him as our “Service Desk Wizard”.  Justin is among our fantastic team of technicians that are called upon to answer specific technical questions from clients or to resolve technical issues a client may be facing. He began with our company as a Service Desk Coordinator, and used that time to learn to assess situations with the client and to ensure they were paired with the proper technician from our awesome Optistar Team. Due to his excellent skill set that he brought to the table and his excellent ability to resolve tech issues, he was promoted to the current title where he has been taking great care of our clients along with the other members of Optistar’s Service Desk Technician Team!

In Justin’s spare time, he enjoys reading and playing with his cute pups!
