Alex Rosario

Alex is responsible for leading, managing, and the accountability of our Operations staff. He is in charge of maintaining the operational Core Processes that drive our efficiencies. As the Head of Professional Services, he holds our team responsible for meeting our service level agreement objectives. One of the teams that reports to Alex is called the Professional Services team, and they are responsible for project delivery, research, and design of new products and services, as well as the onboarding of new clients. Lastly, procurement and our field operations are the final pieces of our operations that Alex is accountable for.
